JOEL RICH LAW provides strategic legal services to the alcoholic beverage industry, meeting the licensing and compliance needs of individual and corporate owners of restaurants, bars, private clubs, package stores, convenience stores, theaters, hotels, wineries, and brew-pubs. Many of the firm’s clients are based out-of-state and expanding into Texas or are Texas brands expanding into other market areas within Texas.
Joel’s innate aptitude for selecting and organizing information, the depth of his experience with TABC procedures, and his excellent working relationships with current and former TABC personnel are the critical resources the firm provides allowing clients to achieve and maintain their success with alcohol distribution in Texas.
Joel has extensive experience at obtaining permits for private clubs and ensuring that club officers understand the TABC’s requirements for private club accounting and membership records. He also provides representation for the settlement of TABC Administrative Cases and the resolution of Mixed Beverage bond and tax issues with the State Comptroller.
